Where cold aluminum doors are installed
For offices and administrative premises
Cold aluminum doors are installed in interior office entrances, corridors, meeting rooms, reception areas, glass partitions, and passageways between rooms. They are suitable where there is no need to separate a warm area from a cold street.
Examples: interior doors to the meeting room; doors in a glass office partition.
For shops, salons and shopping malls
In commercial properties, such doors are often chosen for their durability, aesthetic appeal, the possibility of a large glazing area, and resistance to daily foot traffic. Such doors can be transparent, combined, or equipped with additional hardware for access control.
Examples: entrance doors for a store in a shopping mall, a salon, a showroom, or a service area.
For vestibules, interior entrance groups and technical areas
Cold doors can be used as secondary vestibule doors in intermediate zones, utility rooms, warehouses, passageways, unheated corridors, and interior entrances in commercial buildings. For such structures, tightness, reliability of fittings, and proper installation are important.
Examples: doors between the vestibule and the hall; doors for entering a technical or storage room.
For terraces, verandas, gazebos, and unheated rooms
Doors made of cold profiles are appropriate where the space is not heated or does not require high thermal insulation. These can be seasonal areas, utility rooms, glazed verandas, gazebos, summer terraces, as well as sliding structures in private houses.
Examples: sliding doors to the unheated terrace of a private house; doors to a gazebo or utility area.
